These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Caerus website, waitlist, and invite-only product demo (the “Service”), operated by Caerus (“Caerus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the waitlist, creating a demo account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Caerus is a pre-launch product. Today, the Service consists of a marketing website, a waitlist signup, and an invite-only demo of the product. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific timeline, or any particular feature set. We may change, delay, or discontinue the product described on this site, or the demo, at any time.

When you join the waitlist, you provide your first name and email address. If you opt in to updates, you consent to receive occasional email updates from us; you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or through our Contact page. Access to the product demo is invite-only and offered at our discretion. If you're invited and create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. The demo is a preview of a product still under development: features, data, and behavior may change or be reset without notice, and the demo should not be used to store information you need to keep. We may suspend or revoke demo access at any time, for any reason, including suspected misuse.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to join the waitlist or use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information when joining the waitlist, contacting us, or registering for demo access
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, including any account or invite you were not given
• Use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to sign up for the waitlist or interact with the Service outside of normal human use
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The Caerus name, logo, and all content on this website and in the demo, including text, graphics, and design, are owned by Caerus or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any future product will match the description on this site or the behavior of the demo.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caerus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Caerus harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Service, including demo access or your place on the waitlist, at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Caerus regarding the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
